Temporary Uniform Policy amendment – effective 8 March 2021

Face coverings are will be temporarily required as part of our school uniform policy.

In accordance with government guidance, face coverings should be worn by students when moving around the premises, in spaces such as in corridors and communal areas where social distancing cannot easily be maintained.

Face coverings should be worn in classrooms, in other learning environments such as workshops, and during activities where social distancing can be maintained.

Face coverings do not need to be worn by pupils and students when outdoors on the premises.

If a student has a health or disability reason which makes them exempt from wearing a face covering then we request that written details of your child’s exemption be provided to your child’s Achievement Leader so that appropriate exemption can be arranged and supported.
